With over eight years of work experience in sales and marketing, I am a leader who can drive growth and engagement for any organization. I previously worked as an Area Sales Manager at Halfday Iced Tea, a fast-growing beverage company with a mission to provide healthy and refreshing drinks to consumers. In this role, I delivered monthly volume and distribution goals and achieved overall objectives in the market. I gained additional placement within retail locations, including secondary displays and cooler placements. I maintained relationships with store contacts, distributors and brokers. I did this by conducting weekly "route rides" where applicable & pinpointing opportunities for underperforming accounts and routes. Before joining Halfday Iced Tea, I was a General Manager at Discover Strength, a personal training company that offers personalized and evidence-based training programs. I led and managed 8 personal trainers, maintained facility cleanliness, communicated with clients, retained clients, onboarded new staff, ran weekly meetings, and was responsible for location KPIs. My core competencies include sales management, marketing strategy, communication, people orientation, and social networking. I have a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of St. Thomas, and I am fluent in English.
