About Taylor Sain

I am a lifelong learner who enjoys a good ole challenge. I currently teach Geometry but I excel in AP Calculus (I prefer it all to be in one class). I've taught over 500+ students during my 6-year run, and every one of them has left an impression on me. While being an educator, I've had the pleasure of presenting useful EdTech content at professional development to enhance engagement during the Covid - 19 online learning initiative. In addition, I have created 20+ hand-curated video lessons and online materials to boost student learning. As a teacher, I have been given the unique opportunity to have my hand in many different roles. My favorite role so far has been as a Co-Advisor to the National Honor Society where I handle our community service projects, social media platforms, membership intake process, and budget. I use various tools to plan, organize, and track the success of each event we host. Not only have I managed extracurricular projects, but I have also fostered lasting positive professional relationships with stakeholders. I look forward to using my transferable skills in a new role as a project manager, operations manager, or data analyst. I have experiences that show that I can drive scores, enhance engagement, deliver captivating presentations, successfully communicate with others, and implement a project from start to finish.
