About Taylor Schmidt

I have worked in the healthcare industry for the last 8 years and it has become my passion. I have worked in multiple roles ranging from a residents aid to management. In the beginning, I was working in primarily patient facing roles. First, as a resident's aid in a memory care unit and later, as a CNA for both in-home and inpatient hospice patients. Over these years, I was able to learn and experience many different types of equipment and supplies. Ultimately helping me prepare for my future opportunities. Over roughly the last 5 years I have worked with both local and international manufacturers to provide medical equipment and supplies promptly to our clinical teams and patients. Through these roles I have been exposed to billing, budgeting, bulk ordering, drop shipping, allocations, backorders, inventory tracking and warehouse management.
