About Taylor Scott

Getting Out of My Own Way: Prior to 2018, while I have always been outgoing, I didn’t consider myself very good at approaching new people or developing friendships. I moved to California in June of 2018 and used that experience to set a goal of meeting new people and building relationships. I challenged myself to go to the beach daily and pick 10 different groups of people and start conversations. My focus was to ask questions to get to know them but listening carefully to their answers to relate to them in other ways. Coming back to St. Louis after a year in the sun and being very successful in my goal of learning how to get out of my own way, I found a wonderful opportunity working for the Cardinals. Fresh off my personal success in California, I moved forward with the same approach with my clients and work relationships. Setting this one goal has provided me with wonderful professional relationships with clients who I've been able to serve better and the lasting friendships made over the last 4 years.
