About Taylor Shull

My focus is to build a strong R&D culture in any engineering company that will produce products quickly, without mistakes, to lower financial risk. I help build structured plans for efficient engineering based on where companies are today, and where they need to be short and long term. Working with industry standards in automotive, space, defense and consumer electronics, my team can help you build out the right ecosystem to place your organization on a faster product development trajectory. I have a passion for building strategic plans with start-ups to determine the correct software echosystem for growth and economic cost control. And for larger, well established companies, we can address faster ways to accelerate product development through 0-spin engineering practices. My team focuses on electrical engineering product development efficiency for organizations developing PCB and electrical systems. Our goal is to focus on local or global R&D facilities to provide more efficient ways to expand revenue, reduce schedules & lower operational costs. We have proven leadership and successful strategic implementation of engineering processes for process improvement in all sized companies.
