With 13 years of experience working cross-functionally within Strategic Management & Operational Excellence endeavors, I am committed to developing peers, fostering diverse & strategic relationships, executing reinforcements & /or reconfigurations for operational inefficiencies, enhancing customer experiences, & driving business units positively, having exemplary impacts on sales and/or the bottom line. I value innovation & thinking paradoxically. This explains in full context why I will tend to gravitate to tougher initiatives that do not have obvious solutions, using qualitative & quantitative analysis, & intuitiveness to successfully confirm & trust my objectives. Past experiences have allowed me to operate within gray areas of ambiguity & contradictory information seamlessly without much delay, if any, on projected goals & timelines. In addition to tactical skills, I am also technically skilled in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Adobe, & etc. Through Six Sigma Black Belt training, of which I am highly familiar, I can tailor competitive strategies utilizing Lean components when & where applicable. In summation, when entering new “arenas” I have the innate ability to become acclimated quickly & cognitively, seeing no opportunity as too large, un-maneuverable, or impossible.
