As a Regional Trainer at Nielsen, I am responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development initiatives for the membership team across the Midwest markets. I leverage my six years of experience in the hospitality industry, where I specialized in crowd management, guest relations, entertainment, and recreational activities, to create engaging and effective learning solutions for our diverse and dynamic workforce. My mission is to empower our membership team to achieve their goals and deliver high-quality service to our clients and stakeholders. I use my skills in presentations, event planning, and event management to facilitate interactive and participatory training sessions, workshops, and webinars, covering topics such as communication, collaboration, leadership, and customer satisfaction. I also monitor and assess the performance and feedback of the trainees, and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure their continuous improvement and professional growth.
