I'm Taylor, a Data, Analytics & AI Manager at EY-Parthenon, originally from the United States, now living in Stuttgart, Germany. I studied Applied Mathematics at Emory University and Industrial & Systems Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research at Georgia Tech. Math, tech and data have always been more than just numbers to me; they are passions that drive my curiosity and fuel my career. For me, data is not just a set of numbers but a story waiting to be told. This belief guides my work at EYP, where I strive to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business success. I also have a deep passion for tech and have worked in app development for 7 years. This experience has allowed me to merge my love for tech with my expertise in data, creating innovative solutions that enhance business processes and outcomes. In addition to my D&A manager role, I am honored to serve on the SaT Germany Young Leadership Board, where I lead the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE & I) workstream. This role reflects my deep commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. I am passionate about people and justice, and I am dedicated to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
