About Taylor Walters

I am a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies and am currently pursuing my Master in Business Administration (anticipated graduation: Fall 2026). I am passionate about infusing energy into people and businesses alike. With experience coaching over 50 clients with ASD, I am skilled in analyzing behavioral situations, developing individualized support strategies, and fostering positive behavior change using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis. As a confident and engaging public speaker, I have presented at over 10 conferences on topics such as resilience, self-esteem, and independent living. My presentation on "How to Live Independently with Autism" got positive reviews and I was invited to speak in future conferences after that. I have also been a guest on 3 podcasts, sharing my insights on the importance of resilience and respecting the person you see in the mirror. I am eager to combine my passion for growth with my growing business acumen to pursue entrepreneurship and a career in human resources, marketing and business promotion.
