About Taylor Way

My name is Taylor Way and I'm a junior student at Miami University's Farmer School of Business in Oxford, Ohio. I am pursuing a double major in Accountancy & Human Capital Management and Leadership. Through a variety of academic and professional experiences, I've discovered that I excel in collaborative work environments. I am a motivated individual driven by curiosity and have strong skills in both written and verbal communication. In my first semester at Miami University, I took on a leadership role as the Development Coordinator of Camp Kesem Miami Ohio and joined Women in Business, a Farmer School of Business organization. I am also a member of the University Honors College and enjoy having many different ties to campus. As I progressed throughout my time at Miami, I have become a proud member of Alpha Chi Omega and taken on a new executive position as Operations Coordinator for Kesem. During the summer of 2023, I accepted an Accounting Intern position at United Health Group. In this role, I had the opportunity to apply my classroom knowledge to a large business and explore corporate accounting through real projects. I worked with a variety of accounting software to strengthen and developed valuable skills that I will bring along to my future career. I'm eager to continue my professional development and explore new opportunities. I look forward to connecting with you!
