About Taylor Williams

I graduated from the University of Central Missouri. I majored in Computer Science and minored in Cybersecurity. I am familiar with programming languages like Java, PHP, JavaScript, C, and C#. The courses I took throughout my college career gave me knowledge of various aspects such as Algorithms, Data Structures, Database management; just to name a few. I worked as an EHR consultant for one of the largest healthcare IT companies that builds and implements their electronic health records for healthcare facilities across the US. This role has allowed me to gained exposure to the healthcare industry. Also, I've experienced the impact that EHR software and technology in general has on medical professionals on providing the best patient care. In my current role, I work as a health information consultant for San Francisco State University's Student Health Services. In this role, I provide technical support (L1 and L2) to over 40+ healthcare professionals as well as assist counselors within the university's Counseling and Psychological Services department. In addition to the above, I serve as an liaison between other departments within the university to resolve issues concerning their electronic health record (EHR). When needed, I support the onboarding of new end-users and provide training on how to use our EHR system.
