About Taylor Wright

With over 3.5 years of experience as a licensed insurance agent and trainer, I deliver effective and engaging training for new hire agents and internal agent upskill training at Everise, a global customer experience company. I specialize in health insurance sales, customer service, and claim support for both member and provider services, with a focus on Medicaid and Medicare health plans. I also partner with the client, and various departments to prepare and update training materials, monitor and coach agent performance, and administer scheduling and payroll functions for training classes. My mission is to empower agents with the knowledge and skills they need to handle customer inquiries and issues with confidence and satisfaction. I am passionate about enhancing my adult teaching skills by learning new methods, strategies, and design techniques through Instructional Design. I love to motivate and inspire others to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction.
