About Taylore Ransom

Hiya! Welcome to my page. I am a social butterfly who loves learning and continuing to build my social network! A little about me: On a typical work day, I am active on various social media and job boards searching for top talent who are ready to take on a new challenge. I love learning and I love technology, I am all ears if you will take the time to walk me through new trends or new tools, it helps me be a better recruiter and let's me hear your passion for your craft. Speaking with passionate and energetic candidates and matching them with their dream jobs makes my job so rewarding. I am always looking for new tools to find top talent and educate myself on lesser used or niche skill set. I focus on applications development for the State of Wisconsin. When I am not in the recruiting chair, I am perfecting my amateur baking skills. I enjoy trying new recipes and techniques!
