About Taylore Shaw

I am a strategic leader with diverse professional experience in banking compliance, IT risk management, information security, and product management. As a product business analyst, I exercise my expertise in data analysis, communications, and understanding complex business processes and models to implement business requirements from key stakeholders to address critical business challenges. In addition to my IT profession, I enjoy giving back to my community and curating opportunities for professional development, community service, and cultural celebrations. As the Chair of an Employee Resource Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, I have been provided the opportunity to lead a team of 10 individuals with a growing membership, which has enhanced collaboration, innovation, and engagement within the diversity, equity, and inclusion space. Outside of my career, I value immersive educational experiences, which led me to earn my BA in Government from Smith College and my MBA from Southern Methodist University last December. Above all, I enjoy leading, inspiring, and giving back to others.
