Tayon is the President and CEO of Engarde Financial Group, a financial services company that focuses on helping clients find the money they are unknowingly and unnecessarily losing. Over the past 8 years, Tayon has been empowering clients and audiences to take back control over their personal finances. In 2022 he became a best-selling author of his new book Spend Different - The Secret Way to Wealth in a New Economy. He serves as a financial columnist for The Soul Pitt (Pittsburgh’s Premier Award-Winning Minority Community Magazine), interviewed on the Brian Tracy show in San Diego, CA, and his work has been featured on ABC, NBC, FOX, and affiliates across the nation. His passion to enable families to obtain the financial future they want and deserve positioned him to be one of very few to CREATE a financial literacy program. He has presented his Spending Your Way to Wealth program in several forums that give people a hands-on, step-by-step experience. The many testimonials he receives directly or through social media about the life-changing elements of this program are proof of his vision coming to life. He knows the importance of community and being a team player, evident with his impressive football career spanning from little league to college to a semi-professional league. Currently, he is actively involved as a coach and mentor for the nationally-ranked Pittsburgh NFL Flag Football league, based in Penn Hills. Most importantly, he recognizes his responsibility to lead his own home and has been a devoted husband and father to his 3 children. Tayon enjoys spending quality time with his family when he is not working.
