About Tc Chan

I am a seasoned tax professional with immense experience in corporate and indirect taxation, M&A, and structuring of investments to and from Asia (particular China, and South East Asia). Throughout my career, I have worked with a range of companies spanning a number of different industries. I work with the attitude to ensure all aspects of tax compliance are adhered to, whilst looking for legitimate and innovative opportunities to maximize tax savings and improve cash flow, etc. Having worked in commercial tax for a number of years, I have a deep understanding of how tax related decisions can impact business, and vice versa. Such experience has helped me to work effectively as a "tax advisor on business". Due to my family background, I am able to fluently converse and write in English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese).
