About Teagan Bernad

I am a motivated Psychology student who is currently studying in DBS. I have worked several jobs, I started with babysitting, which allowed me to complete tasks in an efficient and accurate manner, maintain a safe environments at all times, and I prepared healthy snacks and meals according to individual needs.I have a passion for learning and studying. I have been giving grinds in both English and French for leaving cert students.Moreover, I worked in a corn field, which through me effective and efficient work, I also carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently, and I worked closely with my team to establish and deliver productivity.During my work placement I accompany one of the physiotherapist on her daily rounds to visit patients. Visiting these patients, who were often isolated is when I realised the importance and my interest in mental health.More recently, I started working in a client-facing industry, it thought me a lot about myself and I developed important social skills which boosted my confidence. I found that working with people was important to me, I also found out that I was an excellent team player, but more importantly I need that social aspect in my work.
