About Teagan Ferris

As a sports trainer at Old Xaverians Football Club, I help players prevent and manage injuries, perform athletic taping, and provide first aid. I also work as an allied health assistant at Epworth, where I support the physiotherapists in delivering patient care and tailored interventions. In addition, I am a gym instructor at La Trobe University, where I design and deliver strength and conditioning programs for clients of varying abilities and goals.I am currently in my final year of my master's degree in physiotherapy at La Trobe University, after graduating with a bachelor's degree in sports and exercise science in 2021. My passion is to help people move better across all aspects of life, whether they are young athletes or the older population with more complex presentations. I strive to always keep learning and improving my clinical reasoning and skills, by taking advantage of any opportunity I am presented. My goal is to become a competent and compassionate physiotherapist who can make a positive difference in people's health and well-being.
