About Teagan Renner

As a Supervisor at UPS, I oversee the daily operations of the package handling team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have been working at UPS for more than a year, starting as a Package Handler and getting promoted to my current role in less than a year. I have excellent communication and data entry skills, which I use to coordinate with other supervisors, staff, and clients, and to manage the records and reports of the team. I graduated from Moravian College in 2020 with a BA in Management/Psychology, where I learned how to apply psychological principles and theories to organizational and leadership challenges. I am passionate about delivering quality service and creating a positive work environment for my team and myself. I am always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and improve my performance as a PT Supervisor.
