I'm a Mental Health Occupational Therapist with a passion for helping people live their best lives. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both government and private settings, not just in Australia but internationally as well. This journey has given me a unique perspective on how to approach mental health care, blending the best practices from around the world to create truly personalised support for my clients. What drives me every day is the opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life—whether it’s helping them build resilience, regain independence, or simply find joy in everyday activities. I’m all about holistic, client-centered care, and I’m always excited to connect with others who share that same passion. In addition to my clinical work, I’m the founder of OT Social, a networking group designed for occupational therapists to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge. We hold regular meetups that provide a supportive space for OTs to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and build lasting professional relationships.
