About Teague Tolson

A government contracting professional with over 25 years of experience in a variety of roles that include; new business development/capture, strategic sourcing, partner management, subcontract/contract administration and project accounting. My experience consists of RFP review, partnership development, bid/proposal preparation, program risk management, negotiations, subcontractor management, AP approval, AR generation, AP resolution and contract close-out. Most clientele were DoD and federal civilian agencies, with minor state, local and commercial experience. I am knowledgeable across the spectrum of related administrative issues including; property management, security compliance, import/export requirements, manpower mapping and similar issues. Additionally, I have participated in a variety business process transition teams and audits, including 4 CPSR’s. I maintain a membership in NCMA, and other groups, to augment my knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations, supply chain initiatives and the ever changing environment that encompasses program/contract administrative operations.
