An agile perspective is the key to a thriving organization. Of course it is! If this is a key to life,(the ability to be flexible that is), then why wouldn't this be the key to a thriving organization? Shifting the company's mindset from one that is stuck in a traditional silo structure, to a community of workers who collaborate ideas without a sense of shame. An agile environment should foster a space of growth and innovation through transparency and trust. Companies can complete this goal by one, understanding what to prioritize in the moment and two, ensuring that team member input and feedback isn't neglected and dismissed in hopes of higher productivity. That isn't the key to productivity. We must consider the team, we must ensure that all participants of an organizations ecosystem are considered fairly in order to maintain balance. Balance ensures maximum delivery and optimal success. Put simply, a deeper analysis of all parties involved births a cooperative environment. Where there is cooperation, there is value. Now let's get to work! Before we get started, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Tecomblah(Tee-com-blah). Born in Brooklyn, New York, to Liberian immigrants and being in submerged not only to the culture in my own home but the culture of the best city in the world(excuse my NY bias lol), Ive learned to listen attentively to all that's going on around me. By listening to various perspectives in my own home, my community and the world at large, Ive learned to intelligently incorporate the voice of the other.In a chaotic world, where we can be so self consumed incorporating the voice of the other is in fact a rare trade. Genuine care in humanity is priceless. Aside from growing up in the NYC, I've had the pleasure of working alongside people from all over the world, delivering world renowned customer service as a flight attendant for nearing a decade. Through frequent travel and exposure to people from all different walks of life, I pride myself on being a people's person. Being the first generation kid, I am blessed to have grown up in a home full of culture and love, amongst a village of people who prioritize being kind. I pride myself on being a quick learner.
