About Ted Darley

With a robust background in hospitality valuation at Christie & Co, my expertise lies in conducting valuations, predominantly for secured lending, and offering strategic landlord and tenant advice. As part of my role I have managed significant portfolio valuations, including projects for leading UK pubcos. In my role, I specialise in the valuation of hospitality and leisure valuation which involves extensive analysis of trading accounts. I take great pride in consistently delivering professional detailed reports and meeting predetermined timescales/deadlines. I have been a director of the firm of surveyors for a decade, actively participating in governance and compliance. I raise concerns when necessary and ensure company compliance with regulations. This proactive approach demonstrates my commitment to ethical governance and my ability to address critical issues effectively.
