Managing business processes, finances, and people is my passion so it’s easy to see why I enjoy Operations Management. I’m energized by producing the P&L statement each month where I can clearly see the payoff from working the current plan and where adjustments will be needed going forward. Celebrating the organizational wins is a great motivator for the team. I build strong, diverse teams and encourage collaboration. I believe that when people work together and celebrate their differences, no challenge is ever too difficult to meet. I have an unparalleled focus on customer service, efficiency gains, and cost savings. I coach that when we focus on our internal customer needs, they will be able to focus on the needs of the external customer. It’s important for each team member to understand their direct contribution to the success of the organization. I bring energy and a positive outlook to everything I do.
