Assumption University Worcester, MA Information Technology Center March 2018-Present User Services Director Dynamic Campus Solutions • Manages a staff of three work groups which include Desktop Support, Help Desk, and Media Services. • Interacts daily within IT group including Network, Server, and Enterprise Applications. • Direct Report to the CIO of Information Technology. Fiscally responsible for managing the budgets of IT and Media Services. • Manages 70+ classrooms, computer labs and a TV Studio which also includes a Digital Signage System across campus. • Utilizes project management skills for all new initiatives within IT group. • Manages our IT Service Desk, which handles approximately customer service tickets at Assumption University on a yearly basis. • Interacts on a daily basis with administrators, faculty, staff and students and IT vendors. • Interacts on a monthly basis within all the Dynamic Campus Schools with their Technical Directors Group, the A/V Community of Practice Group, and the Shared Services Group.
