About Ted Lind

To paraphrase Uniper, I have a Passion for (sustainable) Energy. While I like all low carbon sources, Nuclear power has long been a favorite source of mine due to its minimal impact on the environment and climate as well as the fact that it's one of safest source of power production we have at our disposal. That said I think it's important to also see the bigger picture to best understand how nuclear fits into the larger scheme of things. To be able to achieve the joint goal of curbing anthropogenic global warming it’s of paramount importance that a holistic approach is utilized. I think of myself as an analytically minded person that tries (and hopefully, atleast sometimes, succedes) to understand the necessity of using such a holistic approach to reduce the risk of suboptimizing a system. I would also say that my experience gained from close to ten years of lecturing and researching within academia in the field of energy sciences have enhanced my analytic mindset as well as developed my project management skills.
