An innovative business leader with more than 30 years of experience managing development and sustainment of intelligence systems, missile defense solutions, and C4ISR systems. Market knowledge extends across numerous federal and international markets including: US Air Force, US Army, Intelligence Community, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Dept of Homeland Security (DHS), Dept of Commerce (DOC), NATO, UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and other Gulf Region nations. Demonstrated success managing complex programs, leading teams, managing customer relationships, capturing new business, growing business pipelines, and implementing successful business strategies. Program and project management experience includes large scale COTS integration and development contracts, SE & I services contracts, and operations support efforts across most vehicle and contract types. Technical skills include: systems engineering, system and architecture development, system transition, system integration and test, and system operations and maintenance. Expertise in numerous domains including the intelligence community (IC) and DOD C4ISR systems, ballistic missile defense systems (BMDS), integrated air and missile defense (IAMD) systems, system engineering integration and test (SEI & T) services, and research and development (R&D) initiatives. Extensive skills in program and project management (program planning, EVMS, risk management), system engineering and analysis, business development, capture management, and is qualified in export control procedures, supply chain management, and CMMI processes and methods. TS/SCI clearance with SSBI was renewed July 2014.
