I am a corporate real estate professional experienced in property operations, marketing, leasing and redevelopment. My leadership and management started early as a officer in the United States Navy, where as an engineer I lead award winning fire departments, repair divisions and power plant operations on ships ranging from an aircraft carrier to destroyers. As a logistics planner at the Pentagon I learned presentation skills, staffing and how to thrive in a high visibility, high pressure role. In the corporate real estate world I have successfully lead management, marketing and leasing teams on the East Coast, the Mid-West and the West Indies. My programs have resulted with increase sales, higher occupancy and the change from ambivalent to positive community and tenant relationships at my malls.
