Throughout my extensive career in IT, I have maintained an exceptional track record of managing and leading large scale system services across geographically dispersed and remote teams with an expertise in infrastructure projects. My unique combination of business acumen and IT knowledge has allowed me to remain at the forefront of industry needs. My expertise lies in system and infrastructure upgrades, staff training and development, and management of mission critical production application systems. I am adept in interfacing directly with internal teams and clients as well as external vendors in technical documentation and development to enable ongoing innovation within the infrastructure. Furthermore, I have gained success optimizing productivity, delivery, and efficiency, and service quality across various environments. In order to achieve results, I have blended my advanced organizational, technical, and business insight and have worked effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure operational and service excellence. Presently with PCL Construction Inc, I have enjoyed tremendous success and I am currently serving as the National IT Manager.
