As a Partner and Head of Hospitality at CREDE, I bring over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in the development, renovation, and strategic advisory of hotel and multifamily assets. My career has been defined by a commitment to transforming visionary concepts into successful, concrete developments, having overseen the creation and renovation of over hotel rooms across the globe. My role at CREDE involves leading the strategic acquisition and development of new hospitality projects, guiding clients from initial concept through to full-scale operations. I pride myself on building and maintaining strong relationships with key executives at major hotel brands like Global Hyatt, Hilton Hotels, Marriott International, and Wyndham Hotel Group, as well as with top-tier third-party hotel management companies. Throughout my career, I have built, owned, operated, and consulted on numerous hospitality projects, giving me a holistic understanding of the industry. I hold the Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) designation, the highest professional certification in the hotel industry, and am an active member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and Cayuga Hospitality Consultants (CHC). At CREDE, my focus is on delivering exceptional value for our clients by leveraging my extensive experience and industry connections.
