I am a clinical research executive with three decades of experience serving at Probity Medical Research, a large-scale clinical trial network with sites across North America, Latin America, and Australia focused in Dermatology, Allergy/Immunology, Cardiology and Rheumatology. My passion lies in driving operational excellence, developing strategic partnerships, and innovating clinical trial processes. Throughout my career, I’ve furthered the growth from a single-site operation into a global 70+ site network, through over 1,400 clinical trials and enrolling more than participants. I thrive on turning challenges into opportunities. Over the years, I've learned so much through enhancing site selection strategies, pioneering advanced enrollment initiatives, and leading through crises. I’m committed to advancing clinical research through disruptive thinking, thought leadership, and collaboration, ensuring long-term industry impact. When not engaged in clinical research activities, I'm a passionate Wildlife Photographer who loves spending time in nature and creating visual art.
