Very analytically minded, I enjoy identifying a problem, mapping potential routes to a solution, and looking for new efficiencies in repeating that cycle. After six Exciting years as a Canadian Armed Forces officer, I retired as a Captain. Through various leadership positions, I learned the incredible things people can do under the right circumstances and with the proper support and guidance. With this background, I thrive in an environment involving people management, team leadership, operational planning, and production management and design. In the financial services industry over the past nine years, it has been an absolute pleasure assisting clients and customers with customized financing Solutions and risk management advice tailored to their situation. In many instances, our team's customer service has vastly exceeded expectations, leading to new opportunities to help customers.
