I'm the Co-Founder, COO, and Chief Business Officer at Theory+Practice, a data innovation company that pairs behavioural economics with AI to help large enterprises put their data to work. We pride ourselves on our unique question-first approach. Our Retail AI System and Finance AI System deployed by our highly talented and diverse team helps our customers uncover and capitalize on the opportunity in their data. Before Co-Founding and starting the exciting enterprise AI journey with Theory+Practice, I spent years in finance as a risk-management leader, a customer service expert in tourism/hospitality, and a commercial construction project manager, with a focus on large scale sustainability or social housing projects. My diverse past serves me well as a COO, and my work for NGOs has been invaluable in shaping my outlook. I've had the privilege of serving as an executive and board member in several NGOs that inspire positive change through their work. My philosophy of success lies in understanding the importance of the people and relationships around you. That their success is your success, and by creating environments for people to thrive, everyone can succeed. I am passionate about supporting equality of opportunity, harm reduction, restorative justice and equal rights for all in the world and continuing to support child development as it pertains to resilience and well-being.
