I am a human-computer interaction researcher, who is fascinated with better understanding the influence of technology on family structure, wellbeing, and how to create the best possible employee work-life balance. I am therefore deeply passionate about work sustainability and ensuring that organisations offer the best possible work environment for their employees. Throughout my vast career, I've actively engaged in university teaching, business consulting, and spearheading initiatives related to human-computer interaction, usability, and User Experience (UX) in South Africa and Africa. I have guided numerous of my past students onto successful thriving careers in user experience (UX), product and service design. I am adept at working with international teams, concisely communicating my thoughts and ideas. I am experienced in project management and bringing them to fruition.
