WHAT I DO: • Enable clients to develop the skills be successful in business and to grow personally. • Enable clients to develop the business strategies, methods and processes to enable their business to grow and be successful. • WHY ME? • I have over 30 years experience in industry in business development and career management. • I am familiar with the challenges faced by small businesses as they develop and grow. • I am familiar with the multinational environment and the challenges that brings. CAREER COACHING. I love enabling clients to find the careers they seek. I love helping people progress in their careers. My passion is growing and developing people. When I left Intel in May 2016, my legacy was the team of product development engineers I had grown from a humble beginning of 4 engineers in '98 to over 100 when I left. I had direct involvement in recruiting, hiring, managing and career developing over 90% of that team. During that time in industry I developed my people management skills, my hiring skills, my coaching and my business skills. In 2016 I trained as a Life and Business coach with the Irish Life Coach institute. I am a trained career coach. My career experiences, my life experiences, my business experiences, my change management capability and my formal education position my uniquely to be YOUR COACH of choice.
