About Tedd Harshaw

Tedd has lived in the Boulder Area since 1982 when he moved from the east coast with his wife Tina and their children. He grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and married his high school sweetheart and best friend - Tina. Tedd and Tina left the Philadelphia Area and spent five years in Melbourne Beach, Florida prior to relocating to Colorado, when they moved into their present home located just north of Boulder. After high school Tedd enrolled in an accelerated college program that granted two degrees in five years. This program was designed to grant an engineering degree, while adding an understanding and appreciation of liberal arts. Tedd graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in electrical engineering and a BA in liberal arts from Ursinus College. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Tedd worked for large companies like IBM, RCA and StorageTek, as well as a number of smaller, entrepreneurial high tech companies. He held general management, marketing management and sales management positions. He co-founded a Boulder based test engineering firm, which he ran as president for five years. He has personally been involved in investing in Boulder Area rental properties and performing property management since 1994. Tedd attempts to balance his time between his family, real estate business, church and community service organizations and recreation activities. His recreational interests include spending time with his multi-generational family, performance sports cars and motorcycles, flying, snow boarding, water skiing and barefooting, reading, taking still and video pictures, biking and enjoying the beautiful Colorado outdoors. He continuously aspires to have his real estate practice characterized by: Integrity, Service and Value. He has chosen to limit his practice to a level where he can deliver the best possible direct, personal service, without having to resort to hiring a “team” to handle the critical interface with his valued clients.
