Within my current position as Manager for Manufactoring technology o Direct responsibility for Manufactoring technology department o Overall responsibility for maintenance and machining department. o Support for previous areas of responsibility also after relocation. o Management and coaching of temporary Polish employees. Tasks o Management of 12 employees, indirectly for 4 students. o Indirect management of maintenance and machining department with a total of 35 employees including 1 supervisor, this during the shutdown period, which started in January 2020. o Responsible for minimizing downtime on production equipment. o Responsible for replacement of worn out process equipment and implementation of process equipment for new products. o Continuous evaluation and setup of production technology and maintenance in relation to internal strategy and needs. o Coordination of resources between relocation teams and the need for support from PT and maintenance in connection with the relocation. o Responsible for training and implementation of Polish PT engineers in the department and factory. o Manage culture differences and employees in the shutdown process. Within my previous position: Experienced Production engineer/Technician I am skilled in optimatization and documentation of production processes. o Responsible for production processes on 8 product lines o Production support internal and external. o Lean tasks and projects o Handling 4D and 8D internal and external o IATF 16949 production documentation, P-FMEA, Controlplans and Special characteristics. o Implementation of new products, variants and parts into the production. o Root cause problem solving. o OEE improvement All in a combination of work at the desk and on the shopfloor.
