With formal training as an Emergency Medical Responder I strive to build systems and cultures that not only protect people, but also enable them to excel. My approach is hands on and field oriented. I believe effective safety leadership is grounded in understanding how work is truly performed and engaging directly with those who do it. By applying Human and Organizational Performance (HoP) principles, I focus on learning from everyday operations, supporting human reliability, and designing systems that reduce error and increase resilience.
