Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations for Zuma’s East Coast properties (New York, Miami, Boston), I’ve consistently exceeded financial goals across markets, generating over $60M in annual revenue. From launching high-impact experiential programs like yacht catering and Japanese jazz lounges to overseeing record-breaking financial growth in NYC and Boston, my focus is on pushing brands forward through smart positioning and operational excellence. My leadership spans across iconic brands like Nobu Hospitality, Trump Hotel, SLS Lux Hotel, W South Beach, W New York and the EDITION Hotel, where I’ve restructured underperforming programs, optimized labor models, and improved profitability without compromising quality. I bring deep expertise in pre-opening strategy, P&L oversight, menu engineering, and team development, especially in unionized environments such as NYC’s Local 6.
