The focus is on conducting risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and leading safety investigations that culminate in actionable insights to bolster flight operations. Previously as the F-35 Acceptance Team Supervisor, I honed my skills in government contracts and order entry, overseeing a joint team of military personnel and ensuring the integrity of the F-35's production phase. Our team's efforts in configuration management for domestic and international partners reflects my dedication to supporting our warfighters and allies. This mission-driven approach, combined with multiple recognitions as Non Commissioned Officer of the Year, exemplifies my unwavering pursuit of advancing the capabilities of the world's most advanced fighter jet.
