About Teddy Sharp

I am currently pursuing a degree at Durham University, where I am studying engineering and expanding my knowledge and interests. I am expected to graduate in 2025, and I am eager to apply what I learn to my professional and personal projects. I am also involved in various extracurricular activities and societies, where I network with other students and professionals.As the Head of Live Sessions at Purple Radio, I oversee the organizing and producing of live music sessions at the station. I also host my own radio show and interview musicians where I showcase new and emerging artists, genres, and trends in the music industry. I have been a radio broadcaster for over a year, and I have developed skills in radio presenting, audio editing, communication, and research. I am passionate about creating engaging and diverse content for our listeners and supporting local and independent musicians.In addition to my radio work, I am a multi-sports coach at PROJECT SPORT LIMITED, where I deliver fun and inclusive sports sessions for children and young people at holiday camps. I have been coaching for more than a year, and I have gained skills in teaching, leadership, teamwork, and health and fitness. I enjoy inspiring and motivating the participants to develop their confidence, skills, and well-being through sports.I am a driven, creative, and adaptable person, who thrives in dynamic and collaborative environments. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the fields of radio, music and engineering. I value diversity, innovation, and quality, and I aim to make a positive impact on the communities I serve.
