Customer care and service are my calling. Most would say I have a very positive attitude with a friendly and bubbly voice. I worked in Urology for nearly 15 years. I was the front office person for the first 3 years. Office scheduling and Surgery scheduling. I then spent the next 5 years learning as much as I could as a medical assistant in Urology. I became the office manager in late 2015. I enjoyed being in the position of manager as I was able to help guide the practice in a positive direction. I trained many medical assistants in the joys of Urology. By 2016 I was also the full time biller and coder for the practice. I have used 4 different practice management programs and 3 electronic medical records systems. I have attended the PRS Network Urology Billing and Coding seminars for the last 7 years. My family and I made a big life changed and moved to Georgia. I now work for a Physical Therapy Clinic as an insurance verification person and scheduler.
