I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated, and detail-oriented individual. Whatever challenge is thrown my way I always try my best to not only make sure it gets completed on time, but that it’s done to the best of my ability. My previous roles in training and quality gave me experiences and skills which helped lead me to obtaining a degree in human resources and I look forward to the future experiences I will have as an HR professional. Core values I want my work to reflect include professionalism, fairness, trust, honesty, and continuous improvement both personally and professionally. Personal Mission Statement: Live my life with integrity and strive to be fair and honest both at home and at work. Always learn from the mistakes I’ve made and from those I see others make. Go out of my way to meet new people and ask questions that will provide a better understanding of their culture and behaviors. Stay busy, but take time to smell the roses and enjoy the beauty of life while I can.
