About Tedra Grant

As a career changing professional, I transitioned from a successful pharmaceutical sales career, to a rewarding occupation as a Registered Nurse. I worked full time and attended nursing school part time to make my dream of becoming a BS nurse a reality. I am grateful to have the opportunity to have this career makeover, as I am passionate about providing care as a Homecare, palliative care and hospice nurse. Most recently, I was promoted to Clinical Manager, responsible for a team of nurses and LPN’s on Eastern LI, and ensuring that quality patient care is achieved by each team member, guiding and coaching them so they can be the best version of themselves in this challenging and ever changing field of homecare. My passion is teaching. My next long term goal is to pursue my masters in nursing education or leadership. I’m grateful for all the opportunities and connections I’ve had over the years and hope to continue to impact patient care in a positive way.
