Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career as an influential operations leader within McKesson:• Spearheading the turnaround of an underperforming Phoenix distribution center within one year, establishing the business unit as second-highest-performing overall within the company through process improvement, systems management, financial expertise, and operational excellence. • Increasing employee satisfaction at the Phoenix facility by 23 points year-over-year (YoY) between 2022 to 2023 to 74% by leading engagement initiatives, creating a strong culture of supportive teamwork, and providing constructive coaching to introduce performance excellence. • Coordinating the West Sacramento operations unit’s multimillion-dollar retrofit modernization while minimizing downtime to lessen the impact on profitability. • Overseeing Orlando facilities management of daily prescriptions distributed across 400 stores, representing 7.8 million annual prescriptions and hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales. • Being selected two times for DEI programs as a recognized African American executive leader for the Executive Leadership Council.
