My work is guided by a commitment to equity, dignity, and the inherent rights of Indigenous peoples, with a strong focus on harm reduction, decolonization, and systems accountability. As a values-driven professional, I approach my role with a trauma-informed perspective and a profound understanding of the structural barriers that exist. I am known for asking hard questions, not to disrupt, but to repair. I challenge systems when needed, not out of conflict, but out of care. I believe safe communities—and safe workplaces—require both compassion and accountability.
