I am a vibrant strong inclusive leader who looks for the best in those around her, to build a team of like minded and diverse individuals who enjoy creating a high level of success. My background consists of customer driven retail where I have the opportunity to build a lasting and loyal relationship not just with my customers but with my team as well. My greatest passion is building up the individuals around me, with training amd coaching so that they can moved up within a company. Some of my greatest success have been when key members of my management team have received desired promotions. I am a go getter who looks to continually better herself, I think outside the box looking for different ways to create a unique and memorable experience. I want to be part of a company that uses my talents and can see me as the future of their company. I am driven to succeed and want the opportunity to progress to different levels of service. My ultimate goal being that of a district manager or part of the head office team where I can put all of my knowledge to good use.
