Experienced IT Specialist with over 15 years of broad experience in IT infrastructure, support, and operations. Skilled in managing Citrix environments, Apple devices, and Windows Server platforms, with a solid background in Microsoft SQL and end-user support. Over the past 1.5 years, I’ve focused on Microsoft Azure—working on environment deployments, infrastructure as code (IaC), security configurations, and troubleshooting complex cloud-related issues. Prior to that, my work included Windows Endpoint Management, Apple Business Manager, and Windows Security. In the past few months, I’ve started expanding my cloud expertise to AWS, actively learning Terraform and infrastructure automation practices. I’m committed to continuous learning and passionate about designing reliable, secure, and scalable IT environments that support business goals.
