As a natural collaborator, I’m able to work effectively and enthusiastically as a conduit between brands and stakeholders, this is emphasised with my stakeholder advisor work across Victoria engaging with councils, landowners, community, and industry associations to develop and refine community engagement plans in support of consultation on the inland rail project. I am highly skilled in customer satisfaction, market research and project coordination. I am proud of my ability to solve problems intuitively, to ideate collaboratively, and to create new innovative and exciting content for my clients. By empowering the content and social media network, operations and sourcing teams, I drive an engaging communications marketing plan to build, protect and humanise a brand. I administer critical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to strengthen communication strategies and social media campaigns. As an advocate of learning and personal development with a focus on continuously expanding expertise, I am always looking to develop my skillsets and gain exposure across a range of fields, this has allowed me to become very adaptable and flexible to change. I can shift my focus, adapt and prioritise my workload as new challenges arise.
