I am passionate about serving the diverse and vibrant communities of Chicago and making a positive impact through my work and education. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Chicago State University, where I am learning about marketing, finance, accounting, and operations. I have completed an Associate of Arts degree from City Colleges of Chicago-Malcolm X College, where I gained a solid foundation in business administration and general education. I have also obtained my real estate certificate from Colibri Real Estate school where I gained the basic knowledge of real estate in regard to real estate laws, finance, marketing, and ethics. I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Advocate Aurora Health, Chicago Transit Authority and MCGRATH CITY HYUNDAI, INC, where I provided excellent service and support to customers and their families, and acquired valuable experience and knowledge in customer service, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork. I recently passed my Illinois Broker’s exam and my goal is to seek employment with a reputable real estate brokerage and acquire all the knowledge needed to succeed within the industry. I am always eager to learn new things and improve my performance.
